Hi, I’m David, the founder of Applecross Roastery. I moved to Applecross in 2018 having previously worked here on a seasonal basis. It was around then that my passion for coffee would really ignite. This passion would ultimately lead me to opening the roastery in April 2025. Running the roastery is a dream come true for me as I love working with coffee and I get to do this in a place that is close to my heart, Applecross.
Applecross Roastery is a speciality coffee roastery. As a business we source the finest, ethically sourced coffees from all over the world to roast in our wee roastery uniquely nestled on the shores of Applecross Bay. All of our coffee is hand roasted in small batches to ensure the highest quality and consistency throughout.
